Warfare prayer of the soldiers of the Army of Jesus to bind and destroy the works of the devil

Let us bind and destroy the works of the devil in the name of Jesus Christ who has conquered sin, satan, curse and death on the cross

Pro  22:16  The spirit in one which oppresses the poor to increase his riches

Message for reflection – Sr.Angelica

In an honest and good heart

Last week  I  attended a night prayer. The participants were divided into groups and each group stood in circle and prayed for every member. In our group there was a young girl who shared a vision or revelation which she received for every member while praying and it was very accurate. She accepted Jesus only 2 months ago. She was a heart patient. Jesus healed her completely and gave her an anointing of seeing visions and revelations.

It was a shocking surprise for the traditional believers in that group. She heard the word of God only two months back but is producing 100% result. How is it possible? We are living among believers who for years are yearning for a single vision and to hear the voice of God at least once! Here is the answer!

Luk 8:15  But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

Heart is the issue! In what kind of heart are you receiving the word of God is all that matters.

How many years you are hearing the Word of God,

How old a Christian or believer you are!

How much you have donated for building Churches, buying property for Churches

Are not that  matters!

How good and honest a  heart you have in which you store up the word is that matters!

That is why Solomon said:

“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life”. Pro 4:23

Heart is the vessel in which we receive all the blessings from God. If it is impure and not clean the stored up substance get decomposed or decayed May the Lord help us to keep our hearts clean and holy amid all the trials and tribulations we face in everyday life!

Bethesda School of healing – Testimonies

My brother had severe pain on his right leg, in between the knee and ankle. When we command and prayed in Jesus name, the pain left. He is completely healed. Praise be to Jesus, our healer.

Last week, my brother and my sister in law came to Chennai. Before starting from Tiruthani, about to get in the car, my sister in law, got a dislocation of knee cap on her right knee. She said that she literally hit with her hand to bring it straight. She experienced severe pain and swelling. After reaching Chennai, she explained and then we prayed and commanded in Jesus name, the knee was set alright, the pain vanished and the swelling started reducing. We made her to climb up and down the steps and checked. There is no pain at all, completely healed in Jesus name. Praise be to Jesus.

Transformation India Programme  – Sr.Angelica

“Go and do likewise” (continued)

There are certain words which needs our attention.

Jesus appreciated only the man who

  1. was filled with pity(V.33) There are so many type of helps extended to people today. The intentions of this free gift varies. For name, fame, advertisement, to win the vote bank, political power etc. Am I moved with pity when I see somebody and forced by an irresistible power  to go near him?
  2. Coming near(34). Sending money from afar is not the issue here. The good Samaritan went near him. It involves high risk. You may be mistaken as the thief who stripped him. Your dress might get bloody. If police case is involved, your finger prints will be seen. Who dares going near a man who is beaten up and dying. There are thousands around our houses who are beaten up by satan physically. Trans India Programme means going near him. Every Troop Church member first has to go near him.
  3. Bound up his wounds (34). The good Samaritan was not a doctor I suppose. But he, using his common sense might have done it to arrest the   The very loving  touch of the Samaritan would have comforted him. In his hopeless condition, lying bare, at the mercy of passers by, what would be  his mental condition?
  4. Pouring oil and wine (34) The good Samaritan would have spent whatever he had in store for his travel.

Leaving him half dead

The thieves left him half dead. Jesus told about the physical condition. But this applies to the spiritual life also. Many believers are spiritually dead or half dead today. They have lost the liberty to exercise the gift of healing, deliverance etc. They are not able to prophesy. Even the very concept is misunderstood as  only predicting the future. So much of ignorance and misinterpretation about the gift of prophecy (Acts 2:17) prevails even among the believers. Jesus said,

“I have come so that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly”. (Jn 10:10)

Many of the believers are not able to enjoy this abundant life themselves or impart it to others. The reason is that they are bound in a traditional set up of “Institutional Church” and do not allow themselves to be guided by the Holy Spirit.

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” Rom 8:14.

In this dead/half dead situation, the Good Samaritan,

  1. Set him on his own animal (34)
  2. Brought him to an inn(34)
  3. Took care of him (34)

The Islamization Of History

The debate over whether Islam has been hijacked by fundamentalists -- or whether the religion itself preaches the kind of hatred that leads to terrorism -- has been raging since the 9/11/2001 attacks on the United States.

Although this issue has not been resolved, one thing is clear: in the Muslim world, the demonization of Jews and Christians is commonplace.

Take Turkey, for example, where anti-Semitism has been exhibited publicly for decades by prominent members of government, the religious establishment and the media.

In June this year, the head of the government's Religious Affairs Directorate -- the "Diyanet" -- joined the chorus.

In a speech he delivered in Gaziantep -- a transcript of which was posted on the Diyanet's official Twitter account -- Prof. Dr. Mehmet Görmez announced that Islam was brought to the world by Allah to correct the "distortions" of Judaism and Christianity.

At the center of Judaism, he said, was "material, money and wealth." Christianity, he asserted, took the opposite, albeit equally "wrong," interpretation of the divine, as it "came up with an understanding that denigrated the world and deemed property and wealth almost forbidden [haram]."

The Diyanet was established in 1924 by the founding government of Turkey, under the Republican People's Party, after the abolition of the Ottoman Caliphate, as a successor to Sheikh ul-Islam, the previous religious-affairs authority. It has many departments, chief among them the High Board of Religious Affairs, whose duties include:

"Making decisions, sharing views and answering questions on religious matters by taking into consideration the fundamental source texts and methodology, and historical experience of the Islamic religion as well as current demands and needs."

Eight Churches in Baghdad Close Their Doors Forever as Christians Continue to Flee Iraq

The liberation of Mosul came after nine hard months of fighting and three brutish years of occupation. All eyes have fixated on this noteworthy event; however, just south in Baghdad, eight churches have been closed due to the significant loss of the Christian populace.

The eight Baghdad churches were closed in May of 2017, after nearly seven years of low to no attendance. After the regional Catholic Church authority visited the churches, the Vatican decided that it was best to close the doors for good. While this makes logistical sense, it represents a symbolic defeat for the Church in the capital of Iraq.

It was commonplace for Christians to receive envelopes containing bullets and a threat from nearby extremists. Messages promising bloodshed and death drove thousands of Christians from their homes in these neighborhoods.

"A check point for Islamic extremists [was] established 20 meters from our house in January 2006," Sargon continued. "A week later, they connected an explosive device to our external door. The next morning, my wife was getting out to purchase some vegetables and an explosion took place. The explosion wasn't too huge, but it was enough to kill the one who open[ed] the door; it's good my wife [is] still beside me."

After the attack on their home, Sargon and his family split up and lived with friends and relatives in the city. According to him, explosive devices were a common intimidation tactic used against religious minorities. He and his family were fortunate to survive such an attack.

From a humanitarian perspective, there is only so much we can do to help. For the 230,000 Christians remaining in Iraq, we must continue to pray and support them. It will take time and hard work to rebuild lives after years of occupation and devastation. Thankfully, we know the Lord works in times such as these. Who's to say that the Church in Iraq won't see spectacular growth in the years to come? The future of the Iraqi Church may not come from its rich religious history, but rather a new congregation of converts.

Hundreds of Muslim Refugees are Giving Their Lives to Christ in Finland

Hundreds of Muslim refugees living in Finland have reportedly given their lives to Christ, according to a report from Finnish media outlet Yle Uutiset.

The Christian Post reported on the conversions taking place, which are mainly happening within the Evangelical Lutheran Church, one of Finland’s national churches.

Hundreds of Muslim asylum-seekers from Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, and other countries in the Middle East are responding to the Holy Spirit’s call upon their lives.

So many former Muslims have expressed interest in Christian faith that the Finnish church has created special confirmation classes to serve these refugees and help them learn more about the Christian faith.

One Christian convert, 32-year-old Johannes, explained why he decided to make a profession of faith: "I found that the history of Islam was completely different from what we were taught at school. Maybe, I thought, it was a religion that began with violence. A religion that began with violence cannot lead people to freedom and love. Jesus Christ said 'those who use the sword will die by the sword.' This really changed my mind."

Indian Pastor Gunned Down as Persecution Increases

Persecution of Christians continues to increase and become more violent in officially secular India. Experts and Christians accuse Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government of failing to ensure the religious freedom guaranteed under the country’s constitution.

“Every day it is increasing, day by day,” said the Rev. Sandeep Kumar, who pastors a small church in northern India.

On July 15, two men riding a motorcycle shot pastor Sultan Masih in the head and chest outside his church in Peerubanda Mohalla, UCAN India reported. Masih died on the scene. Locals took to the streets to demand justice.

“We will not perform last rites until police arrest the killers. It is [an] attack on Christians, and we will not bow to any pressure. We want justice,” one protester told The Tribune of India. Demonstrations ended only after police promised to take action.

Masih is one of several pastors attacked in 2017. In January, Hindu nationalists separately attacked and severely injured Pastors K.A. Swamy and Gandham Padma Rao. Another mob attacked Pastor Raorukala Samuel and members of his church while he preached in February. Police threatened Samuel and refused to file a report against the assailants, according to International Christian Concern (ICC). Additional attacks on clergy occurred in April and May.

Kumar, who is visiting the United States to raise awareness of persecution in India, said attackers have changed their tactics, focusing beatings on their victims’ heads to prevent them from continuing to evangelize after they recover. Such attacks have escalated in the past three years, Kumar said. Before then, violent incidents were less common, although Hindu fundamentalists sometimes interrupted church services, vandalized buildings, or slapped around a pastor. Now, even Christian women, children, and the elderly are at risk of physical violence.

“The impact of this, of course, is sometimes it discourages pastors. But on the other hand, they are being strengthened, and they think the whole situation is strengthening the church,” Kumar said.
