Receive power

I was meditating the word “power” in Act 1:8

“But ye shall receive power, after the Holy Ghost has come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth”. 

Power: Dunamis

Thayer Definition:

• strength power, ability
• inherent power, power residing in a thing by virtue of its nature, or which a person or thing exerts and puts forth
• power for performing miracles
• moral power and excellence of soul
• the power and influence which belong to riches and wealth
• power and resources arising from numbers
• power consisting in or resting upon armies, forces, hosts.

Here power of  the  Holy Spirit (worker of) miracle (-s), is all the power put together, i.e. power for  mighty (wonderful) works.  This power  is received through the  baptism of the  Holy Spirit. Some people receive this baptism through  laying on of hands but some others, while being alone during secret prayers. The Pentecostal Churches teach or make people believe that Pastors or Church  leaders alone are authorised to impart this anointing. In the Bible we see examples opposite to this.  Paul received anointing when Ananias, an  ordinary unknown lay person,  who never appeared before in the Bible , prayed over Saul. John the Baptist, in the womb of Elizabeth,  leaped with joy when Mary with Jesus in her womb,  met an ordinary woman Elizabeth. We have 1000s of examples, of secret believers  receiving baptism of the Holy Spirit  in private rooms while praying alone. This power when it rests on a person can overturn all other powers both of  this world and  of the next.  i.e. all religious and  spiritual powers  working  against it. E.g. power of  kingdoms, empires, satan, power of gods and goddesses etc.

 

Be Formed and Form (BFF)

Be Formed and Form is a 5 day short term course. This training is a challenge to the present Church. Because our Lord Jesus Christ (Head of the Church) wants the Church to be transformed according to Ephe 5:26,27. To make her holy, (cleansing her by the washing with water through the word), and to present her himself as a radiant Church. Today the Church is ignorant about the will of our Lord Jesus Christ. By this BFF training , the Church awakes and arises to shine in the world.

Troop Church Testimonies

Today I was called for a resuscitation ( new born) when I went there baby was delivered but did not cry, baby was floppy and cyanosed ( which means heart beat is very slow and inadequate) immediately started off with resuscitation ( CPR and bag and mask ventilation) heart beat improved immediately but no spontaneous breathing or movements. After 1 hour of resuscitation still the same condition, so we discussed to stop resuscitation and declare dead(only heart beat is there so no point shifting or bagging and stopped resuscitation)

After everyone went out only the sister who helped me and myself were in the room .All of a sudden I remembered Elijah’s encounter with the dead boy. Immediately I prophesied looking at the dead baby, to start moving . Immediately baby started to move her legs again I prophesied to start breathing immediately it started to gasp, I resumed resuscitation till the team from Surya hospital arrived.

Baby shifted ALIVE to higher centre

Result

Baby’s parents were given the gospel .

People were surprised that a doctor could prophecy and proclaim the gospel.The nurse who helped me resuscitation said she will attend troop Church tommorow.

Praise be to Jesus

Peace among men with whom God is pleased

The Lord has declared 2017 as the year of Forgiveness and Reconciliation

July – Christians of all denomination to forgive and be reconciled to one another.This month(July 2017 ) We  pray for Christians of all denominations, that they receive, in the name of Jesus Christ ,God’s grace of   forgiveness and   reconciliation .

WEEK 2

1. That Christians realize that, they are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus. (Rm, 3:24).
2. That all Christians inherit the promise to Abraham which depends on faith, rest on grace and guaranteed to those who believe. (Rm, 4:16)
3. That all Christians believe in Jesus, our Lord, who was put to death for our trespasses and raised for our justification. (Rm, 4:25).
4. That all Christians rejoice in the hope of sharing the glory of God by standing in the grace through Jesus Christ. (Rm, 5:2).
5. That God’s love is poured into the hearts  of all Christians through the Holy Spirit. (Rm, 5:5).

“Go and do likewise” 

(This message was given  in the National Meet of Trans India Programme  which was held on 16.6.2017 in Padappai, Chennai. The Lord gave this strategy as the next step for evangelizing India from July 2017 onwards. From 16.6.2006,  the day He revealed the 14 years plan for His visiting India, He was revealing His strategies  one by one. )

Luk 10:37  And he said, The one doing the deed of mercy to him. And Jesus said to him, Go and do likewise. 

Luk 10:30  And answering, Jesus said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho and fell among robbers, who stripped him of his clothing and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead. 

Let us meditate on these verses.

1. A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho

The man mentioned in the parable in  Lk 10:30-37, can be  any man, believer, unbeliever, Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, atheist, rich, poor, educated, uneducated, pastor, Church leader, King, slave etc. This can happen to anybody, any time in their life. Jesus was also given (He himself handed himself over) to robbers at one time. Any time, anybody can fall in the hands of robbers during their faith journey on this earth.

2. Fell among robbers

This man was  dwelling in Jerusalem (God’s city) and was going  down to Jericho (the cursed city Josh 6:26, 1 Ki 16:34).He had no   protection. The road was not safe. When one goes out of the boundary of grace given to him/allowed to him, he /she is likely to fall among robbers, thorns, or  problems which will mess up his life.

Even Jesus knew His boundaries when He was in this world.

Mat 11:27  “All things are delivered to Me by My Father”. Everything in this world was entrusted to him by His Father. Jesus was well aware of it.

But Jesus knew what was allowed to Him by His father. What He should do and should not do, where he should go and where  not to go, whom to confront and  whom to submit to, where to exercise authority and   where to obey. He was completely at the disposal of His Father’s will. Never went out of margin. Check the following  examples. It  was His  Father’s will that

1. Jesus, while on earth should not handle  money in the  So a cashier was there who was in charge of all the monetary transactions of Jesus’ ministry; Judas,  in the course of time,  turned out  to be a thief. This situation did not have any impact on Jesus stand.
2. Jesus should not have land, properties, wealth etc while living on earth. Jesus never owned the above or never helped the Apostles to acquire  the above.
3. Jesus should not marry, beget children.
4. Jesus should not raise his voice against the most unjust verdict ever passed by the judicial authority of his government.
5. Jesus should not safeguard himself from death by crucifixion, the most inhuman punishment imposed by the Roman government on the slaves.
6. Jesus should not exercise the basic fundamental right of   self protection.

Peace Is Light-Years Away

If the leaders of the Palestinian Authority (PA) had invested as much time, energy and other people’s money in building a flourishing society as they do in the pursuit of death and destruction, there would be no need for outside efforts to broker peace between them and their Israeli counterparts.

It takes only about 30 minutes to drive from the Muqataa compound in Ramallah to the Prime Minister’s Office in Jerusalem.

Take this week, for instance, which began with the Palestinians’ refusal to host US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman — whom US President Donald Trump has included in his Mideast peacemaking team, along with advisers Jason Greenblatt and Jared Kushner — in Ramallah.

Friedman is too pro-Israel, as far as Abbas is concerned. As a result, the meeting between American and Palestinian officials on Tuesday took place at the King David Hotel in west Jerusalem.

On Thursday, Greenblatt joined fellow envoys of the Middle East Quartet — the US (which he represents), the European Union, the United Nations and Russia — in Jerusalem “to discuss current efforts to advance Middle East peace, as well as the deteriorating situation in Gaza.”

Ramallah may be a mere 10 miles from Jerusalem, but it — like peace — is light-years away.

After a minivan was involved in a serious crash on a Texas highway, a group of strangers stopped to help the family trapped inside the vehicle. FoxNews.com reports that the crash was the result of street racing. The driver of the minivan was not involved in the racing, but was one of the vehicles in the path of danger when the racing got out of control.

Christians Overtake Muslims to Become Largest Group of Refugees Entering U.S.

Christians made up the majority of refugees admitted to the U.S. in the first five full months of the Trump administration, reversing a trend that saw Muslims entering the country at higher numbers under President Obama, a new Pew Research report shows. Out of all the refugees who arrived between President Trump’s inauguration and June 30, about half were Christians and 38 percent were Muslims, according to data released Wednesday (July 12). In the wake of Trump’s executive orders restricting travel to the U.S. from seven — and under the revised travel ban, six — Muslim-majority countries, the report said, “the religious affiliation of refugees has come under scrutiny.”

Author of 10th-Century Hebrew Biblical Text is Identified

The author of a 10th-century collection of scriptures has been identified as the same scribe who wrote the the earliest known complete copy of the Hebrew Bible. The finding could influence future translations of the Hebrew Scriptures, also known as the Old Testament, according to a news release from Tyndale House, Cambridge, which published the research. The ancient text, known to scholars as Codex L17, contains only Joshua, Judges, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings and 2 Kings. Researcher Kim Phillips wrote in an article the Tyndale Bulletin that he determined that the author was the scribe Samuel ben Jacob, or “Samuel, son of Jacob,” and that it was written around the year 975. Samuel ben Jacob also wrote The Leningrad Codex, the earliest known complete copy of the Hebrew Bible, completed in the year 1008 and the basis for many modern biblical translations.

L17 was part of the Firkovich Collection of Hebrew manuscripts housed in the Russian National Library, which Phillips described as “the most important trove of manuscripts for the study of the medieval text of the Hebrew Bible.” Using digital images of the codex published by the National Library of Israel, Phillips said he was able to identify the scribe based on similarities in the lettering patterns between these two texts and another partial text by Samuel that he discovered in 2015. Phillips reported that the Hebrew letters used to represent the word for God in L17 also resembled the 10th-century scribe’s style and usage in other writings.

Christians in Coastal Kenya Fearful after Slaughter of 13 Non-Muslims

Al Shabaab militia over the weekend killed 13 non-Muslims, mostly Christians, in coastal Kenya, sources said.

“The Christians were asked to recite the Islamic dogmas, which they could not, hence they were killed,” a source said. “We urged the government to investigate and bring to book these local Muslims who are harboring these Al Shabaab terrorists, because the Christians who were decapitated were farmers.” Those who managed to flee and survived have had their crops damaged by wild animals and are still in great shock, the source added. “The government has now beefed up security in the area, and we hope the victims who fled will soon return back, but they need some trauma counseling first,” he said. Area Christians have now left their villages. “We are now residing at the police station in Hindi for fear of possible attacks,” one area resident told Morning Star News. Many area people are still missing or unaccounted for, and there are fears the casualty toll may increase. Two other sources in Lamu County said Christians in the coastal region of Kenya are in serious crisis as they face food shortages after fleeing their farms. Kenya ranked 18th on Christian support organization Open Doors’ 2017 World Watch List of the 50 countries where it is most difficult to be a Christian.

• I could feel about Uruguay- affected by famine and drought. Looking dry and food shortage.
• I had a vision about Siberia where icy rocks falling down and the birds are migrating to other areas.
• In the vision I also saw Morocco under idol worship and saw people sacrificing animals(like pigs)
• I saw Denmark in my vision They forgot that they had been blessed by God but now the entire nation was covered by darkness.
