FLEE AWAY
Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

1.CONTEXT: WHY PAUL WROTE THIS
Corinth in 55 AD was basically ancient Las Vegas. The temple of Aphrodite had 1,000 temple prostitutes. “To Corinthian” meant to visit prostitutes.
The Corinthian church problem: Some believers were saying “Food for the stomach and the stomach for food… and the body for sex” 1 Cor 6:13. They thought the body didn’t matter spiritually. Gnosticism taught “matter is evil, spirit is good, so what you do with your body is irrelevant.”
Paul spends 1 Cor 6:12-20 destroying that idea. 1 Cor 6:15 “Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a harlot? Certainly not!”

“Flee sexual immorality” — Greek pheugete porneian = run away, present tense = keep fleeing. Sexual immorality — Greek porneia = any sexual activity outside marriage between one man and one-woman Matt 19:4-6. Includes adultery, fornication, porn, homosexuality Lev 18, 1 Cor 6:9-10.

This puzzled people. Is Paul saying gluttony/drunkenness don’t affect the body? No. What he means: Other sins use the body as an instrument, but sexual sin uniquely joins your body to another person
1 Cor 6:16 “he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her.” Sex creates a “one flesh” union Gen 2:24 designed for marriage. Outside marriage, it fractures you.
PHYSICAL REALITY: STDs, unplanned pregnancy, trauma.
SPIRITUAL REALITY: Soul ties, guilt, desecration of what God made holy 1 Thess 4:3-5. You sin “against” your own body because you violate its God-given purpose.

“your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit” — Greek naos = inner sanctuary, Holy of Holies. Not hieron = whole temple complex.
OLD TESTAMENT BACKGROUND: God’s presence dwelt in the tabernacle/temple Ex 40:34, 1 Kings 8:10-11. It was holy, set apart. Defile it = death Lev 15:31.
NEW TESTAMENT SHOCK: 1 Cor 3:16 “you are the temple of God.” Now God lives in you Eph 2:22. Your body is where He dwells John 14:17. “whom you have from God” — The Spirit is a gift Acts 2:38, not earned Gal 3:2. “and you are not your own” — This wrecked Corinthian thinking. Greeks loved autonomy: “my body, my choice.”
PAUL: “No. You’re bought property.” Rom 14:8 “whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.”v20 “For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.”
“bought at a price” — Greek ēgorasthēte timēs = purchased in the marketplace. Slavery language.
TRUMPET WARNING MEETING
ANNAL TROOP CHURCH was conducted in veeranathur, Sholinghur on 30th May 2026.Troop church was started as a follow-up of Sholingur TWM. Three instant healings took place in the troop church.
→Prayed for an aged person-chest pain and leg pain.
→Sister Sugapriya delivered from severe breathing problem and got delivered from black spirit.
→One old lady got delivered from her abdomen pain.
We preached about healing and deliverance in the troop church and got predominant deliverance in the name of Jesus Christ.

CIVIL TESTIMONY
In 2025 , CRFC was conducted for the 1st time in West Bengal ,many constituencies of West Bengal were inherited .Before elections we prayed for a government in accordance with God’s will . When BJP came into power , it was amazing.How God changed the government even though the TMC (ruling party) government was confident of win.The new government has come with policies to strengthen the Borders- zero tolerance, illegal immigration , anti corruption , end syndicate activities and to increase job opportunities.Out of 15 promises 7 has been fulfilled.All glory to God!
INHERITANCE
Inheriting the churches in AMERICA
The US core Team, under the advice of Sol Arvind and Sister Angelica, decided to inherit the churches collectively online via Zoom, as most of the participants lived in different parts of the country and the USA has countless churches. For 4 consecutive weeks, they came together and inherited 500+ churches from the 50 states of the USA. Initially, the task seemed daunting, but with prayers, wisdom was given by God on how to achieve this work effectively.
NAZERATH SCHOOL OF FAMILY BUILDING
We praise and thank the Lord for giving us an opportunity to gather as Family in Christ at HIS REST Campus, Madurai, Tamil Nadu. This was a family retreat event where AOJ SOLDIERS of Tamil Nadu participated for the FAMILY RETREAT held on between 15th to 17th May 2026. Around 121 participants were gathered for the family Retreat. Main focus was based on the “HOLINESS IN MARRIAGE”. We started preliminary preparation in the month of February by Praying in a small group. Later we started to discuss a few topics in NAZARETH SCHOOL OF FAMILY BUILDING level-1 with the Organizing team. God spoke through the group and many queries and situations which is not overcome in family were discussed, which we face day today in life. Some were hard to accept, some were very essential to get corrected, some which can be implemented by practice in our life. This will help our families to remain in holiness and to raise a HOLY GENERATION. We had a Family Fellowship meeting with families from Tamil Nadu on 11th April 2026.3 main topics were discussed through panel discussion to be implemented in family life. The day was a blessing and GOD prepared many soldiers for the level-2. Following that we formed a group of soldiers who attended the meeting and followed them by assigning daily task. The retreat was a residential programme.
DAY -1
The day started with opening prayer by Mother LEEMA ROSE followed pledge by Sol. Caroline. We had worship with families; we represented the families before the Lord. Introduction about HIS IMAGE was given by Sis Angelica. The first class was taken by Mother Leema Rose on “GODHOOD AND DOMINION”, God’s visualization of Man, likeness of God, Gods investigation and Judgment, family Response, Essence of Judgment, reward of learning obedience, overcomers, and greater calling for man. Were the key topics covered in this class. Second class on the same day was taken by Sol. Dr. Sujatha on DIVORCE IN GOD’S PERSPECTIVE, 3 ways divorce causes adultery, marrying a divorcee is adultery, 7 consequences of divorce, Godly separation were the main topics which were deeply discussed in this class. Followed by practical sessions on divorce in God’s perspective, case study and the outcomes and how to overcome divorce in future was given by Sol. Reagan and a few soldiers. Third Class in the afternoon session was about SEXUAL ETHICS was conducted separately for Men and Women by Sol. Dr. Albert for Men and Sol. Dr. Deepthi for Women. This class was taught with deep clarity and transparency about sexual ethics, sexual sins, consequences, implication in spiritual life, implication in the household, punishments for sexual sins, prayers with self-reflection using Psalms 51 conducted as a practical session followed by discussions on the topic for all the questions raised by the participants with respect to day to day life about how to raise spiritual generation with holiness for the Lord.
CHILDREN EVANGELICAL FELLOWSHIP(CEF)
A team of 4 members were arranged for the children who came with their family. The children were engaged with activities when their parents were able to attend the gift school Family Building Level -2. GOD’S CHILDREN our little soldiers learnt a few new songs, bible stories with puppet show. These days became their memorable moment. Sol. Packiam regularly monitoring and encouraging our YOUNG VOLUNTEERS to take care of their small brothers and sisters. Praise the Lord!
In the evening session, recreation activity was conducted by Sol. Reagan family, Sol. Kavitha Raj and Sol.Packiam. Followed by Kebab cooked by Sol. Andrew. The soldiers of AOJ with their families gathered in a circle with a burning fire in the middle for the recreation activity “BURNING BUSH”. The session was started with worship by Sol. Theodore and with a title “burning bush” with the questions “do you love me?” Sermon was shared by sis. Angelica. According to John 21:9 since when they landed, they saw a pile of burning coals, there with fish on it and some bread. Where Jesus asked Simon the son of John “do you love me?” And Simon replied “yes Lord, you know that I love you”. Jesus answered, “take care of my sheep”,remembering Jesus with his disciples in the burning bush, followed by some activities were conducted by Sol. Reagan. The first activity was based on a word game “serving God with word”, a word was given from the bible such as eyes, salt, light etc… where the participants had to identify the correct bible verse related to the word given. This helped to improve their bible knowledge in an interactive way. The second activity was “Do the Opposite Challenge.” Participants were divided into three lines. In this activity, they had to do the opposite of the instruction given. For example, if we said, “hands up,” they had to do “hands down.” This round was very lively and brought a lot of laughter and excitement among the participants. The third activity was “Guess the Character.” One participant from each group came forward, and they were given Bible character’s name such as Joseph or David. The participant had to enact the character, while the group guessed the correct answer. This activity was both entertaining and engaged everyone. The entire recreation activity was joyful, interactive and encouraging, it helped strengthen teamwork, participation and bible learning among the AOJ soldiers. The day ended with prayer and pledge.
Day 2
The day started with troop churches, where the soldiers were divided into 7 groups, each group with 10 soldiers participated with a troop leader in each group. The message given by the troop leaders were on 1 Peter 3:8-12. This was done by Sol. Vinya, Sol. Anritha and Sis Angelica. Followed by the Lords’ supper by Sol. Benjamin day 2 morning session started with opening prayer and pledge by Sol. Leslie, followed by family worship by Sol. Albert and Team. 4th Class “POSSESS WITH YOUR VESSEL WITH SANCTIFICATION AND HONOR” taken by Sis. Angelica covering the topics, how to possess his own vessel, body is a living organism, 7 reasons to surrender our body pure to the Lord and why to possess his vessel in sanctification and honor.Class 5 taken by Sol. Dr. Sujatha on “PRESERVING THE MARRIAGE THE HOLY UNION”, the main topics were holy union, holiness in marriage union, root of sexual immorality, 4 marriage principles, defiling attacks in the marriage union, unsolved sexual intimacy, handling defiling attacks, separation, allow judgment, repentance and restoration and is covenant valid after adultery. Class 6 about LAWS AND REGULATION OF MARRIAGE was taken by Sol. Paul Hudson as the moderator through panel discussion. The panelist was Sol. Dr. Sujatha, Sister. Angelica and Mother. Leema Rose. The discussion was about the laws and regulations of marriage in today’s Christian society; this class had an impact for our young generation to know the importance of marriage and the laws and regulations to be carried out in their marriage life, and many discussions were made clear with clarity for the questions raised by the participants. Marriage covenant Renewal was conducted by Mother Leema Rose. Revelations from several AOJ soldiers were shared.
Day 3
Family trip to Rameshwaram and Dhanush Kodi. The day started with worship in the bus and a short historical message by Sis. Angelica with her work experience at Rameshwaram and few soldiers shared testimonies based on the happiest moment of their day of salvation. We came across Pamban Bridge; we went for boating at Rameshwaram. Sol. Santhan took over the travel and guidance. Sol. Santhan’s house was visited as a resting place and was concluded with prayer in the bus reaching our destination at the Madurai railway station. This trip was really a blessing to all the families who participated. We praise and thank God for such an opportunity to explore his creation at RAMESHWARAM.

EL NIÑO IS COMING FASTER THAN EXPECTED AND CHANCES ARE RISING THAT IT WILL BE HISTORICALLY STRONG
El Niño is emerging even faster than expected in the Pacific Ocean and odds are increasing that it could become historically strong — a rare “Super” El Niño — by fall or winter.
This is according to a just-released update from NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center that says there is a 2 in 3 chance that El Niño’s peak strength will be strong or very strong.
El Niño is a natural climate cycle that happens when the tropical Pacific Ocean warms enough to trigger shifts in wind patterns throughout the atmosphere, which has a ripple effect on weather conditions worldwide.
Droughts and heat waves can flourish in some regions, fueling wildfire danger and water supply concerns, while others are swamped by flooding rainfall. El Niño’s far-reaching effects can also stymie the Atlantic hurricane season. On a larger scale, it causes already rising global temperatures from human-caused climate change to spike even higher. Stronger El Niños make all these impacts more likely.
Super El Niño odds increase
El Niño occurs about every two to seven years and lasts nine to 12 months. Its strength is measured by how far water temperatures rise above average in a patch of the equatorial Pacific Ocean, and it usually peaks in the Northern Hemisphere’s winter.
Weak El Niño conditions develop once the temperature rises over 0.5 degrees Celsius above average for an extended period of time. Water temperatures must be more than 2 degrees above average for it to be considered a very strong or Super El Niño.
The average water temperature is just below the 0.5-degree threshold right now, but it’s now expected to climb above it by next month, according to Thursday’s monthly update from the Climate Prediction Center. That’s a notable change from last month’s update, which favored neutral conditions — neither El Niño or its cooler counterpart La Niña — through June.
El Niño is then likely to strengthen through the summer and fall. The chances of it lasting through winter have also increased to 96%, a near lock that it does so.
The boost in confidence is due to the vast pool of warm water that’s built up in the depths of the central and eastern equatorial Pacific in recent weeks. This water will eventually rise to the surface, kickstart El Niño and keep strengthening it from there.
But while forecasters are more confident in it forming, “there is still substantial uncertainty in the peak strength of El Niño,” the Climate Prediction Center said.
Still, the odds of a Super El Niño between November and January have increased from a 1 in 4 chance last month to about a 1 in 3 chance in the latest strength probabilities from the CPC.
A stronger El Niño is more likely if changes in the atmosphere continue to sync with changes in the tropical Pacific Ocean this summer, like seeing winds near the equator weaken at the same time ocean temperatures rise, said Michelle L’Heureux, a scientist who leads El Niño and La Niña forecasting at the CPC.
Some typically reliable computer models show this year’s potential Super El Niño could even be the strongest on record. It would be the first Super El Niño since 2015-2016, which was the strongest in National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration records dating to 1950. Others include 1997-1998, 1982-1983 and 1972-1973.
Even if this El Niño falls short of “super” status, it’s still likely to be a strong one. Stronger El Niños usually pack a bigger punch when it comes to affecting global weather conditions, however impacts don’t always pan out as expected.
The 2015-2016 Super El Niño delivered on its reputation of causing serious drought in the Caribbean, but also failed to produce the wetter than average winter it’s known for in Southern California.
A more likely impact is global heat: El Niño is loading the dice toward 2026 or 2027 becoming Earth’s warmest on record. It’s already “very likely” this year will be one of the five-warmest on record NOAA said on Monday, and that’s not yet accounting for El Niño’s warming wild card factor.
